I know some of yall like to workout just as much as I do. Post up workout routines and ideas. Some of us have a lot of experience lifting weights, running, crossfit, etc.
Austin109 enjoys: Olympic lifts Lifting heavy things repetitively ;D
Currently Im experimenting with an idea I've started calling the dirty bakers dozen. 2 body parts either unrelated or semi related. 5x5 of a core movement + an auxilary movement 8x8.
Yesterday was Triceps and Back- 5x5 bent over row 8x8 pullups
5x5 Close Grip Bench 8x8 Cable Straight-Bar Extensions
So far I love it and its giving me a break from my bulgarian lifting program

I have a goal to get to about 210lbs by the end of the year. So far I'm down to 252Lbs from 292Lbs. I had surgery and got a lapband so I can finally lose the weight. Too many stints in my heart (5) I don't want any more!

I had surgery and got a lapband so I can finally lose the weight. Too many stints in my heart (5) I don't want any more! Ouch! Let me know if you need any help. When Im not scouring the internet I spend the rest of my time as a personal trainer.
